Samlor KorKo

INGREDIENT

  • Pork rib or chicken
  • Papaya
  • Pumpkin
  • Unripe banana
  • Kind of eggplant, eggplant,
  • Kind of vegetables (Marom), Kind of vegetables (Bas), King of tall tree with edible and leaves.
  • Citronella, Ginger (Romdeng), Saffron,
  • Small sour orange skin or small sour orange leaf,
  • Garlic, Salt, Fish paste, Fish sauce, Sugar, Seasoning, Toasted rice.

DIRECTION

  1. Wash them clean and cut the pork rib or chicken into small each. Citronella, saffron, ginger (Romdeng), small sour orange skin or small sour orange leaf and garlic pound all together until finely ground, fish paste chop until smooth and fine.
  2. Put a pot with cooking oil, fish past and spices that pound already stir until good smell then remove the pork rib or chicken into a pot and add a little water boiled about 10 minutes and put mixed vegetables then stir together and add more water then put toasted rice boiled until tender of vegetables and put fish sauce, salt, sugar, seasoning, and taste it if tasty enough put the kind of vegetables (Marom), kind of vegetables (Bas), kind of tall tree with edible and leaves and boiled 1 more minutes. Pour out into a soup bowl and serve.
